Open networks flexibility services

WebProviding flexible energy requires you, following a request, to make a temporary change to the energy you would otherwise be generating or consuming at that time. We have to be able to measure this change to see how much flexible energy has been provided. Webstep change in efforts to open up network needs to competition and support network coordination, with the Open Networks Project helping to push this forward. In this letter we have set out some of the actions we consider important for the ENA Open Networks Project to take forward, as well as actions for individual networks and the system operator.

Webcontracts are part of the Active Network Management (ANM) of many DNOs to manage their networks.
