WebTry resetting the keyboard while in bluetooth mode by pressing and holding Fn + Z + J for 5 seconds (when the reset is successful all the led will flash 3-4 times). Then connect it with the cable to your PC. I had a similar issue in MacOS with Keychron K4 v2 today and after resetting the keyboard it is working in cable mode now.
