Hi Kanishk Kumar_820, If the GPU is not showing in BIOS, that may indicate a hardware problem with the Nvidia graphics, unless there is a setting in BIOS to disable any integrated graphics like Intel HD that may exist on your laptop, if there is that setting, then Windows should see the Nvidia graphics.
