WebI have 73 mods and ~2500 assets. But here is the weird thing: when loading the game, at the very end of the game loading it is using about 12 GB of RAM. This isn't normal, I know that for a fact to be true because on my old PC peak usage was like 8 GB, and I had ~3000 assets back then. WebI have about 500-1000 MAX assets, about 20-30 mods. I have 32GB of RAM, a new city takes about 1-2 minutes to load, BUT takes about 30GB of RAM - I have to shuffle old and new assets constantly to keep below that limit, and need to close all other apps before playing. WebYou're fine with 9 out of 16 GB in use. I suggest getting the Loading Screen Mod as it's the easiest way to keep an eye on your RAM usage. It shows it as the game loads and if it turns orange you should clear out unused assets before adding more. You'll want it to never turn red - that way you always have some free RAM, which is the best way to go.
